Message my 02's were installed with the exhaust system 2+ years ago and were brand new oem replacements.

car ran awesome until just a month ago, before then car idle smooth as butter, no studer no stumble nothing, just purred!

here is everything thats been done:

my car:
1990 na 175k miles on body.
1995 motor swap 2+ years ago with 65+k miles

brand new efi harness
jim wolf chiped ecu
new fuel injectors
new fuel filter
headers
full 2.5" exhaust (resignated test pipes, with resignated h pipe)
brand new 02 sensors
did AIV, PRVR, EGR delete
upgraded clutch + flywheel
one piece drive shaft
oil change aver 3k or less

2-3 months ago did: 60 timing belt + pulleys + tensioner +oil seals + oil pump + water pump + thermostat + ngk pfr6g-11 spark plugs + k & N cone filter
new red top battery
new alternator
rebuilt P.S. pump

about a month ago i get rough idle: these are things i have already looked into:

removed + cleaned + tested both the IAA unit and the air regulator unit, both worked as they should and tested within specs

ohmed all ignition coils: .7

ohmed all injectors: 10

cleaned throttle bodies and tested tps voltage: idle was 0.44V, and WOT was 4.16V

cleaned and inspected MAF: filaments were in tact and looked fine, cleaned anyways with contact cleaner and air dried before re-installed.

ive double checked all electrical connections for corrosion, all were perfect, i used anti corrosion grease when first installed and every time i disconnect and re connect.

checked spark plugs, all were clean and gaped to: .43 or 1.1 mm

cant test gas pressure, dont own a gauge.

cant test cylinder compression, dont own a gauge

can test for vacuum leaks, dont have the set up. (however i did perform factory service manual check for vacuum leaks and based on the results, there shouldnt be any vacuum leaks)

looking for someone who lives in the port st lucie fl area who would be wiling to help me narrow down my rough idle issue.

any questions, you can ask me in this thread, in the thread shown above, or you can email me.

thanks for helping!
